This website (the “Site”), and all personal information collected from users of this site, is owned solely by Jubilee Fireworks Ltd (“The Company”).  References to “we”, “us”, “our” relate to Jubilee Fireworks Ltd.  These ‘Terms and Conditions’ relate to use of this site, purchases made and use of such material.

By accessing, using, browsing, purchasing goods or booking services offered on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Nothing in this site shall constitute an offer to supply goods or services.

    We may change this Site at any time without notice by adding or removing products, features or services. This will be without liability to you. We do not warrant that the information accessible via this Site is accurate and we assume no duty to update such information. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. We use our best endeavours to ensure that information contained in this website is accurate and not misleading.

    We shall not be liable for any special (or consequential) damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site – even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you and your statutory rights are not affected.
  1. General Conditions of Purchase and Supply

You must be 18 years of age, or older, to purchase fireworks via this site and in our retail.co.uk. The person in whose name any on-line order is placed must be 18 years or over.

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your goods. Please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you receive. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents.

All fireworks conform to the CE European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions supplied. European Standard category 2 are labelled for a minimum spectator safety distance of 8 metres,15 metres or 20 metres, and category 3 for a minimum spectator safety distance of 25 metres.  These distances must be adhered to.  We strongly recommend that you read our easy guide to firework safety, which can be found here.

Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be to the same value or greater. No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted. Prices are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without prior notification.  All firing times quoted are approximate.

When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, we will accept cancellation of an order provided that the customer confirms in writing to the address on this brochure within seven days of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of such cancellation we will notify the customer of the procedure for collection of the goods. A charge will be made to the customer equal to the cost of collection and return to Jubilee Fireworks Ltd

  1. Law and Jurisdiction
    This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
  2. Data Privacy
    We have a privacy statement for all clients. All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

    You may save and print details of individual items included on this Site. However this must be for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may also send selected individual items to other users of the site or your friends or work colleagues provided that they only use them for their own personal, non-commercial use.
